Vannesa Chong is more than just her nice girl allure. This 29-year-old has a post-graduate degree from an Australian-accredited school in Malaysia.

She speaks Malaysian, English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Her official profession is managing the career of her brother Vincent Chong, a certified Malaysian pop star, having won a reality TV contest.

Vincent, is more familiar to the Philippine audience as the male vocals in Disney’s Asian version of the High School Musical hit song Breaking Free, which he performed with Nikki Gil.

Vanessa also does commercial modeling, confessing that one of her passions is acting. Featured on FHM Malaysia pre-Amazing Race Asia 2, Vanessa was fully clothed in the notorious men’s magazine. She says of the experience: “it’s just like a fashion shoot,” because Malaysian women are restricted from revealing too much due to the established Islamic culture.
