My opinion. I think it was just a physical change not a surgery that changed her nose structure. Just like when I was younger my mom says I'm pango but, when i grew up medyo tumangos naman ilong ko. And I, for myself, know that I haven't had any cosmetic surgery. And i don't care if she really did have a surgery coz its her life and she has money, so leave her alone.

And also why accuse her of being a gold digger, when first of all she's already rich! And to note cosplaying needs a lot of money, so how could she cosplay during the times when she was single (I assume you're saying she just had a relationship with a guy to use his money)and is not into a relationship with that ren cayetano.
